    Founded in 2006 by Nima and his brother Bobby Hakimi, Convoso started with a simple goal: help call centers harness the power of voice over IP (VoIP) to improve efficiency. Over time, that goal expanded as the company faced infrastructure limits, regulatory changes, and shifting customer needs—prompting not one, but three major rebuilds of its platform.

    The focus on performance paid off. Convoso now serves a global customer base and has achieved a 40% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in revenue over the past five years.

    Innovation at the core

    From the beginning, Convoso focused on helping customers connect with more prospects and improve performance. As call flagging and blocking became major challenges in the late 2010s, Convoso introduced its caller ID reputation tool, fueling rapid growth and positioning the company as a leader in contact rate optimization.

    Today, artificial intelligence plays a key role in Convoso’s platform, from caller ID reputation management to workflow automation. Nima emphasizes that AI is designed to support agents, not replace them—reducing repetitive tasks, boosting productivity, and surfacing real-time insights so teams can act faster and more effectively.
