Meet the team

Nima Hakimi
CEO and Co-Founder
Nima Hakimi is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Convoso, the leading AI-powered contact center platform for revenue teams, launched in 2006. Nima is passionate about helping Convoso customers grow, and leads with a persistent focus on supporting their success. Staying on the front edge of technology to better serve customer needs has meant custom building functionalities, spearheading new product development, and guiding Convoso's advanced conversational AI solution, Voso.ai, to launch. Under Nima’s leadership, Convoso is expanding into new growth markets, and developing future forward products to enhance the productivity and performance of success-driven companies. Nima is an active leader in the industry and is sought out as a panel speaker and advisor, where he regularly shares his knowledge and experience about best practices, compliance, and strategies for sales and lead generation teams. As a board member of the Responsible Enterprises Against Consumer Harassment (REACH), Nima advises on helping contact centers in the lead generation ecosystem to be compliant as well as profitable. Fun Fact: Nima is a long-time mega fan of the Los Angeles Lakers.

Bobby Hakimi
CPO and Co-Founder
As Convoso's Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder, Bobby Hakimi is the mastermind behind our software and technology, and the visionary for future products and innovations. His passion for new technologies drives him to constantly think outside the box, searching for the next BIG IDEA. His commitment to innovation has led Convoso to be the fastest, most powerful contact center solution available for sales and lead generation teams. Bobby has assembled a bright, driven, and determined in-house development team whose main goal is to create solutions with proven results. Prior to launching Convoso in 2006, Bobby had over a decade of telecommunication experience. Fun Fact: One of Bobby’s hobbies and passions is aquariums and taking care of rare fish.

Phi Le
Chief Technical Officer
Phi Le joined Convoso in 2013, and has become an essential member of the leadership team. Along with establishing the core technology system, he is in charge of the development and implementation of the software. Prior to Convoso, Phi had over 15 years of technical experience in software R&D and has the unique perspective of seeing solutions from a business perspective. He values hard work while promoting a collaborative environment for his team as well as the whole Company. Fun Fact: Phi is an avid traveler who tries to travel at least once a month. He also speaks Vietnamese, German, French, Dutch and English!

Lisa Leight
Chief Marketing Officer
Lisa joined the Convoso team in 2019 after many years successfully leading marketing efforts of companies in the software, aerospace, and technology industries. Earlier in her career she worked as a consultant for both McKinsey and Ernst & Young. She also co-founded Stanton Associates, a boutique consultancy helping middle market companies drive profitable growth. She received her BA and MBA from Stanford University. Fun Fact: Lisa was born in the great state of Montana where she learned to fly fish from an early age.

Abhisek Tibrewal
Chief Finance Officer
Abhisek Tibrewal is the Chief Financial Officer at Convoso. Abhisek brings years of leadership experience advising and managing financial operations and strategy across numerous industries at various stages of growth, including technology, digital media, food waste, retail, and transportation. He has a proven track record of creating and implementing financial plans, models, and forecasts, ensuring compliance and accuracy of financial statements, and securing clean audit reports from Big 4 firms. Fun Fact: Abhisek is a foodie and is always ready to hit the road to try really good food.

Shiva Mirzadeh
SVP of Technology Operations
Shiva Mirzadeh is the SVP of Technology Operations for Convoso. She is a seasoned technical executive with 25 years of experience leading and building globally distributed Engineering and Operation teams. Shiva excels at collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining the strategic vision and product roadmap, designing and delivering scalable and resilient mission-critical software solutions, and providing technical and tactical leadership across the Engineering team. Shiva's background includes companies such as Signal Sciences, Symantec/NortonLifeLock, YP LLC., and CA Technologies (Aka Broadcom Inc.) Fun fact: Shiva was born in Iran, raised in France, and has now been calling the US home for the past 25+ years!! So, as a passionate soccer fan every four years, during the world cup, she is faced with the dilemma about which country to cheer for?

Natalie Peled David
SVP of Revenue
Natalie Peled David is the Senior Vice President of Revenue at Convoso, where she leads the company’s go-to-market and growth strategy, ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our innovative solutions. With 16 years of experience in B2B technology, Natalie has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing GTM teams in both US- and Israeli-based firms. At Lattice, she spearheaded strategic enablement initiatives to optimize GTM effectiveness and customer-centricity. At PX, a MarTech platform, she owned revenue growth, developing scalable playbooks for sales, onboarding, and customer success, resulting in increased customer retention. Natalie's background includes deep expertise in marketing and attribution technology, as well as programmatic and performance marketing, giving her a unique perspective on driving measurable results. Natalie is passionate about building high-impact teams, fostering collaborative cultures where individuals can thrive and grow, and driving sustainable growth through operational excellence. She holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a BA from Emory University.

Daniel Foppen
VP of Product & Product Marketing
Daniel brings over twenty years of product and product-marketing experience in the CX industry, leading teams in GTM strategy, messaging and positioning, global sales and partner enablement programs, thought leadership, and impactful storytelling. His diverse, international background as a B2B SaaS leader spans start-ups to enterprise environments. Daniel is dedicated to exploring the intricate interplay between innovative technology and human engagement, pushing the boundaries of AI and human conversations. He has a passion for understanding the evolving dynamics of lead generation, sales, and marketing.

Eric Davidson
VP of People Operations
Eric brings 30 years of experience in human resources leadership from diverse industries including hi-tech, retail, adventure tourism, and hospitality. He has demonstrated success in all aspects of people strategy, from talent acquisition and employee engagement to organizational design and building inspiring work environments. Prior to joining Convoso, Eric focused on talent growth & development with the GTM & Technology Teams at Interactions LLC, a conversational AI start-up. Earlier in his HR career, he worked with Kalpana Inc., a small start-up that invented the first multiport ethernet switch, where he helped the company transition into Cisco Systems via acquisition. Eric went on to help grow Cisco into a world class organization by working with the teams for CTO, CEO, Biz Dev, and WBU. While at Apple for nearly 10 years, he focused on scaling their Online & Retail Sales & Service team across the Globe, in the period prior to the iPhone, iPad, and current Mac line. Eric holds a BA in Organizational Effectiveness from California State University, Chico, and graduated from the Bryce Harlow Institute of Government Affairs at Georgetown University. Eric is deeply passionate about people and designing teams with intention and purpose, empowering leaders and team members to be the best version of themselves, and celebrating team and company success through talent and servant leadership.

Paul St. Clair
Head of Compliance
Paul St. Clair, J.D., is the Head of Compliance at Convoso, where he drives regulatory strategy and a culture of compliance. With over a decade of experience in regulatory and government affairs in the tech and telecom industries, Paul has created and implemented programs on a variety of issues such as robocalls, cybersecurity, and procurement. He strives to build on Convoso's capabilities to grow the company's reputation as an industry leader in compliance. Paul's experience prior to Convoso includes work at Windstream, the Federal Communications Commission, and Microsoft.

Justin McLennan
VP of Sales
Justin McLennan is Vice President of Sales at Convoso, leading multiple revenue-focused teams to drive new and existing business. He is a seasoned sales expert with over 15 years of experience across every facet of the sales process, from building initial relationships and closing deals to fostering long-term partnerships that drive customer retention and growth. Justin champions the idea that effective sales leaders must inspire trust and connection, while fostering a culture of purpose-driven impact. He encourages each member of the revenue team to look beyond quotas so they can embrace growth, authenticity, and meaningful connections in every customer interaction.

Vickie Nickel
Chief of Staff
Vickie Nickel is the Chief of Staff at Convoso, where she drives operational efficiency, strategic execution, and company-wide alignment. Known for her ability to translate vision into action, she partners with leaders and teams at all levels to streamline initiatives, enhance collaboration, and drive cross-functional coordination. Vickie’s strong focus on communication and collaboration, helps her ensure teams across the organization are connected, informed, and working toward shared goals. With a background in project management, business operations, and process improvement, she excels at creating structure out of complexity, improving workflows, and building systems that support sustainable growth. Before joining Convoso, Vickie founded and operated Vickie Nickel & Associates, a high six-figure business specializing in providing virtual assistant and business management services to speakers, coaches, and authors. Renowned for her expertise and innovation, Vickie was featured in numerous industry platforms and media outlets for her outstanding work in event management, podcast production, product launches, and team operations.
